Fatty "Fish-Fry" Tofu

Take a block of firm tofu, drain it, and slice it into "cutlets".

Take a plate and dust it with chilli powder, garlic powder, curry powder, etc.

Take a pan and heat a LOT of oil in it... not quite a deep fry..

Gently flip the tofu in the spices, and when the oil is hot drop it in.

When the tofu is just about cooked add tamari and vinegar to the pan.

Cook it till its done but not longer than that.  Serve on top of Ezekiel
