Rohitbeans

cut a medium onion really small
start frying it
put in about 9 cloves of garlic
put in a spoon of garlic ginger paste
wait until onions are browny
add 1 chopped green bell pepper
add 1/2 chopped habanero pepper
add 3 cans of garbanzo beans
add some soy sauce
add some yellow Jamaican Curry powder
add some chilli
add some oregano
add some basil
add 1 packet Saizon Goya
add some splashes of vinegar
add 2 tbsbs Liquid Smoke extract
cover and let simmer for a while

then add 1 pound chopped frozen spinach
add a ton of nutritional yeast
add 1/4 can pumpkin
add lots of tomato sauce

cover and let simmer for a longer while 

then eat it!

It tastes better after all the stuff mixes together
