TOFU CHEESECAKE AND SMOOTHEE
- For this recipe you need:
- 1 package (19 oz) of silken tofu)
- the juice from one lime
- blueberries
- nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 bananas
- sugar
- a pie crust
- a mango?
- Slice one banana and cover the bottom of the pie crust with it.
- Mix everything else in the blender.
- Heat the over to 376 degrees.
- Pour smoothee into thawed banana piecrust.
- Pour excess smoothee into a frosty mug and enjoy!
- Cook until done.

- SPECIAL NOTE: Mine was kindof watery, so I kept breaking the crusty top and stirring it, and rebaking it to get ride of excess water... Maybe more bananas and yeast will solve that. Next time I am going to try a ton of agar agar. It gets more solid after refrigeration too.
