TOFU CHEESECAKE AND SMOOTHEE

  • For this recipe you need:
    • 1 package (19 oz) of silken tofu)
    • the juice from one lime
    • blueberries
    • nutritional yeast
    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
    • 2 bananas
    • sugar
    • a pie crust
    • a mango?
  • Slice one banana and cover the bottom of the pie crust with it.
  • Mix everything else in the blender.
  • Heat the over to 376 degrees.
  • Pour smoothee into thawed banana piecrust.
  • Pour excess smoothee into a frosty mug and enjoy!
  • Cook until done.
  • SPECIAL NOTE: Mine was kindof watery, so I kept breaking the crusty top and stirring it, and rebaking it to get ride of excess water... Maybe more bananas and yeast will solve that. Next time I am going to try a ton of agar agar. It gets more solid after refrigeration too.
